Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

  • West Malaysia: RM6 flat rate | Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days 
  • East Malaysia: (Sabah & Sarawak): RM12 flat rate | Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days 
  • International Shipping: Please contact customer service for the rate. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you with tracking and updates.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, all supplement products are non-returnable once opened or used.

Eligible Returns (Defective or Wrong Item) 

Returns are only accepted if

  • The item received is incorrect 
  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival 
  • Return Conditions: 
  • Must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item 
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging 
  • Proof of purchase and photo evidence are required 

How to Request a Return

Please email us at  cs@beginsnutrition.com with your order number, issue description, and photo proof. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 working days. 

Refunds or Exchanges 

Once your return is approved

  • You may choose to receive a replacement or a full refund (excluding shipping costs). 
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
